How to Set Up an Email Account on Android?

  1. Tap the Settings icon from the Apps section.1

  2. Tap Accounts and Backup.

  3. Tap Manage Accounts.

  4. Tap Add Account. This option is usually found at the bottom of the list.

  5. In the pop-up window, select Personal (IMAP) or Personal (POP3).5

  6. On the next screen, enter your email address in the required field, then tap Continue.6

  7. Enter your email password, then tap Next.7

  8. Fill in the fields for Email, Server, Username, Password, and Description, then tap Next.

  9. Tap Continue.

  10. Tap Save.

Congratulations! You can now start sending and receiving emails right after setup.
